WOOLGOOLGA Surf Life Saving Club will hold its annual charity golf day at the Safety Beach course on Sunday.
This is a major fundraiser for the club and is now in its 12th year.
The event is an 18-hole three-person ambrose, with two teams of three playing together. There will be a shot-gun start at 10am and teams will needed to be booked in by 9 30am.
Lunch is provided and drinks will be available. The cost is $25 a player, which includes lunch and plenty of prizes.
Teams need to book early by phoning 6654 2111 so that catering can be organised.
Players do not need a handicap for the day as one will be given.
“The main aim of the day is fun for all and to help out Woolgoolga Surf Life Saving Club,” surf club spokesperson Trevor Clark said. “There will be plenty of prizes in all different categories.
“You don’t have to be Tiger Woods to win a prize. So book in now, get some friends together and book a full six if you can, or just book in and we will make up teams.”
