Physi for all ages

09 Feb, 2012 12:00 AM
HIGHLY experienced physical culture instructor Lynne Drummond is excited to be opening a new club in the Orara Valley.

Drummond has been teaching physical culture for 18 years, achieving many personal and club successes during her 30-year career.

The Orara Valley club will call on this expertise along with assistance by Leonie Dawson and Leisa Sellings, both also extremely experienced and successful in physical culture.

'Physi' as it is know, is a unique sport based on choreographed exercises performed to modern music, with new routines developed each year.

Great for physical fitness, core strength, flexibility, co-ordination and posture, it's also a great way to build self-confidence and make new friends.

Targeted at girls and ladies from age four and above, it's also a unique way for mothers and daughters to bond.

As a special deal to bring in new families, Orara Valley Physi are offering free classes for one year for ladies.

Classes commence on Wednesday, February 15 ? so why not come along and give physical culture a go.

For class times contact Leonie Dawson on 0408 493 053 or Lynne Drummond on 0452 226 717.
